We guarantee 100% confidentiality in the process of delivery and payments! The packaging will not be include the name of the site and the product. For parcel, we use neutral packets.
For successful delivery, your real personal details is required: address, first name, last name and phone number.

You can choose one of the following payment and delivery options on our website.


Delivery Options

1. Courier service - the cost of courier delivery is paid separately and ranges from 3.00 to 5.00 euros, depending on the parcel dimensions and on the destination city. Courier delivery is possible to all cities of Montenegro. If you are from another city or cuntry, contact us and we will try to arrange courier delivery to your city or country in the best way! Payment for delivery and goods is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the goods. The courier will contact you in advance by mobile phone before the delivery (only by phone call).

2. You can also personally pick up goods pending for you in our store. You can pay for the goods in advance or in the store.


Payment Options

1. Payment in cash upon receipt of the goods by courier or in our stores.

2. Using the M-Banking mobile application or the E-Banking Internet application, funds are transferred instantly. Please contact us before payment, so that we can confirm the availability of goods in stock, as well as agree on the most convenient delivery option for you.

3. By bank transfer to the bank account of our company. The approximate term for crediting funds is 1 business day. Making a payment, the bank may charge an additional fee.

4. Purchase of goods by installments. Possibility of purchasing goods in our stores, subject to availability of CKB Mastercard shopping Card in installments from 6-12 months. https://www.ckb.me/shop-and-go-en/shop-and-go-home

After placing an order on our website, your payment details and invoice will be automatically sent to your e-mail.

Remember! Payment is made to the address of the legal entity without including the online store name.
Important! We guarantee you 100% security and confidentiality of your personal information. We are not responsible for the successful delivery of goods.

Attention! In case of Courier Delivery, in some cases we are not responsible for the delivery time, integrity and safety of the goods. We are also not responsible for the fact that the goods will be delivered directly to your home address (because in Montenegro some objects don’t have an exact address). If for some reason you couldn’t answer the courierman’s call, don’t worry - you can pick up your parcel at next working day. Courier will contact you again. 

Use our service! At your request, we can pack the goods in holiday packaging for free.

Intimate goods cannot be returned or exchanged, including sex toys, hosiery, underwear, fetish items, as they comply with health and hygiene standards.

We remind you! The warranty is accepted only for goods that have an electronic part, and only if the original receipt is provided to the Buyer within 3 months from the date of purchase (shop's warranty). All goods are mandatory checked for serviceability when sold or sent.
